A VISION BECOMES A REALITY!

EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION FOR GOSPEL ADVANCE IN JAPAN

ABI OPENS WITH 9 STUDENTS!

The day couldn’t have been more perfect! God blessed the opening ceremony with beautiful weather, wonderful worship and challenges, greetings from ACLD and from our regional director couple, and great fellowship with the students and their families and friends! We sang a Japanese worship song that says how God goes from a place of nothing and performs a miracle. We have been both humbled and our faith has been stretched as we have seen this dream become a reality. We serve a faithful God!

Classes started on April 11. Weekly assignments of watching videos, required reading, and writing reports have begun! The students wanted to form a LINE group (messaging format). When someone doesn’t understand the procedure, they are already helping each other! Interaction is taking place as they work on their assignments.

Please keep on praying. We know that it isn’t who starts but who finishes that is important. Pray for these 9 students that they will be faithful in their studies and that God’s Word will go deep into their lives. Pray for them as most are also working full time. Thank you for your prayers!

MEET PASTOR KANG

As we were asking God for wisdom in choosing who we should have serve on the Advisory Board, we knew He wanted us to find individuals who shared a passion and vision and a skill set to continue to move the initiative forward. Pastor Kang met those criteria. Pastor Kang received his DMin. from Reformed Seminary in Mississippi. He has served faithfully as an Alliance pastor for over 30 years and draws from his experiences in bringing much wisdom to the advisory board meetings. He will be teaching several classes throughout the 3- year program.
